Mid-Waist Training Tights

Women's mid-waisted training tights are an excellent choice for women of short and regular height. The sturdy waist piece extends to just below the navel, which means that it doesn't roll in the middle of your workout but keeps the tights firmly in place. If high-waisted tights roll easily on you, we recommend that you try women's mid-waisted tights instead. Mid-waisted training tights can be found in two different materials:
- Mid-waist training tights are made of a stretchy and firm, four-way stretch French material, which feature light compression that guarantees an excellent fit. These tights are perfect for CrossFit and HIIT training, for example.
- Mid-waist compression tights are made from a two-way stretch compression material made with recycled polyamide. Compression tights are ideal for eg. running and weightlifting.
